ACCEPTING A PERMANENT
SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
2 Norton Drive (Kerelis)
PIN NO. 22 -29 -114 -026
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Permanent Sanitary
Sewer and Drainage Easement at 2 Norton Drive, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of a storm sewer and sanitary
sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
12th day of May, 2008.
