R-29-08 05/12/2008RESOLUTION 2z143 ACCEPTING A PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT 2 Norton Drive (Kerelis) PIN NO. 22 -29 -114 -026 WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Permanent Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Easement at 2 Norton Drive, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of a storm sewer and sanitary sewer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved.
