R- 3 % -08 June 9, 2008 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION (Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago) WHEREAS, Subrahmanyam Vermuri, petitioner, is the President of the Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago, and as such represents the owners of certain property consisting of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago, located at 10915 Lemont Road, in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in (90/1 Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioner desires to consolidate the property into one parcel; and WHEREAS, petitioner has prepared a three -lot Plat of Consolidation for the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance, the Community Development Director has recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation for the Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
