A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN
EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Sanitary Sewer &
Water Main Purposes from the Norman Tiedt Trust, owner of the property depicted in the attached
Plat of Easement, and
WHEREAS, said Easement allows for the operation, maintenance, and installation of
sanitary sewers and water mains in the easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, DuPAGE AND WILL,
ILLINOIS, ON THIS 12th DAY OF JULY, 2010.
