RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF RE- SUBDIVISION
FOR BELLA STRADA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Palos Bank & Trust, hereby known as "petitioner," is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 1.25 acres located on the northeast corner of Talcott Street & Holmes Street, and
legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Plat of Resubdivision of the Bella Strada Townhouse
project previously approved by Resolution R -37 -06 and recorded as Document 0817518065 on June 23,
2008; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Resubdivision attached hereto as Exhibit `B" consists of lots 1 through 21
and correctly represents all public utility and drainage easements within the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have reviewed the Plat
of Resubdivision and confirm it to be in compliance with the Lemont Unified Development Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the final
Plat of Resubdivision for Bella Strada Subdivision attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 14th
day of June , 2010.
