SUdV MARYIBACKGROUND
The Village has existing sanitary sewer and manhole that lies within Petkus Funeral Home
property at 12401 Archer Avenue. As part of the site improvements at the Public Works Annex
Site, MWRD needs to see the approved Plat of Easement where this sanitary sewer lies in
order to issue the Village the necessary permit to begin the remaining site work.
ANALYSIS
This Plat of Easement meets Village Code and should be in place if any maintenance on this
sanitary sewer is ever needed.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLAT OF EASEMENT AT PETKUS FUNERAL
HOME 12401 ARCHER AVENUE, LEMONT IL 60439
WHEREAS the Village of seeks to agree to a Plat of Easement with the property owner
for PIN:22-27-302-005; and
WHEREAS, PIN: 22-27-302-005 is currently owned by Petkus Funeral Home; and
WHEREAS, this easement shall be perpetual and follow all easement provisions shown
on the Plat of Easement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont, Counties of Cook, Will and DuPage, Illinois, that the Plat of Easement at
Petkus Funeral Home 12401 Archer Avenue, Lemont, IL 60439 is hereby approved.
SECTION 1:
The agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved.
SECTION 2:
The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to execute the agreement and to make
minor changes to the document prior to execution that do not materially alter the Village's
obligations, to execute any other agreements and documentation as well as to take any other
steps necessary to carry out this resolution.
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as
provided by law.

THE VILLAG OF LEMON COUNTI S OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS,
