The low bid was submitted by EP Doyle and Son, 1100 Wheaton Oaks Court, Wheaton, IL 60187 in the amount of $2,480,655.00. As discussed at the August 2025 COW meeting, the project consists of a 12,000 SF building with mezzanine and attached office. ANALYSIS This project is consistent with the Village's 5-year Capital Plan. $500,000 has been budgeted in FY26 to start the project, with the remaining budgeted in FY27.
