However, the Ordinance can be amended to reflect Board decisions that occur during the course of the fiscal year. The attached revision includes the following as well as some minor edits to accurately reflect current practice: 1. Eliminate downtown employee parking tag annual permit (10.16.045); staff will bring this back in the future for Board consideration after further discussion on its utilization, cost, etc. 2. Increased resident parking tag annual permit (10.16.045) 3. SECTION 2: It is intended that the fees, charge, rates and regulatory measures set forth herein will be reviewed periodically by the President and Board of Trustees. Accordingly, some or all of the provisions of this Ordinance may be amended from time to time. SECTION 3: SCHEDULE OF FEES, CHARGES AND RATES. SECTION 5: Repealer: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
