1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of pavement removal, HMA base binder and surface courses,
combination concrete curb and gutter, storm sewers, roadway lighting, and appurtenant construction
and shall be constructed 26' & Varies wide
and be designated as Section 93- 00021 -00 -PV
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional ® Yes ❑ No) sum of Ninety -Three Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty -Six and 60/100 Dollars ( $93,266.60 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
