RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR OPERATING
AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET - MAY 1, 2009 - APRIL 30, 2014
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has formulated and reviewed projected revenues
and expenditures anticipated for Fiscal Year 2009 -2010; and
WHEREAS, following meetings with Department Heads, Trustees and the Committee of
the Whole, the budget process has been concluded with a final budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
that the Five Year Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year Commencing May 1, 2009
is hereby adopted.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 13th
day of April , 2009.
