RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICAI ION FOR PUBLIC
UTILITY AND PUBLIC HIGHWAY PURPOSES AND PLAT OF
EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY & TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Dedication for Public Utility
and Public Highway Purposes and Plat of Easement for Roadway & Traffic Control
Signal Maintenance Purposes from the Lemont - Bromberek Combined School District
113A, for the 127th Street and Timberline Drive Stimulus funded Traffic Signal project;
and
WHEREAS, said Dedication /Easement allows for the operation, maintenance, and
installation of traffic signal improvements in the easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Dedication / Easement attached hereto is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 13th
day of July, 2009.
