The COUNTY will monitor the operational status of the EVPD at no charge to the VILLAGE and will inform the VILLAGE should it detect fault with said operations. As such, the VILLAGE agrees to: either enter into a separate agreement with COUNTY's Electrical Maintenance Contractor to pay for repairs to VILLAGE's EVPD; or pick up, repair, and return repaired EVPD equipment to COUNTY's Electrical Maintenance Contractor for reinstallation as it occurs and pay directly to COUNTY's Electrical Maintenance Contractor for removal and reinstallation of VILLAGE's EVPD equipment on or in COUNTY's traffic signal; and, 1) coordinate and control public notification of the project scope, timing and duration. 2.
