RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGNORS
WITH MB FINANCIAL BANK
WHEREAS, MB Financial has been designated as a depositary in which the funds of the Village
of Lemont can be deposited by its officers, agents and employees; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Lemont to designate four authorized Village
personnel, and require endorsement by two of the designated individuals on each check, draft or order.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective with the passage of this Resolution, the
Village President, Village Administrator, Assistant Village Administrator and Village Treasurer are hereby
designated and authorized to sign any and all checks, drafts and orders against any funds on deposit with the
MB Financial Bank.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS on this 26th
day of October , 2009.
