RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATOR
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that:
SECTION l: That the Village President is authorized to enter into an Employment
Agreement with Benjamin P. Wehmeier for the position of Village Administrator.
SECTION 2: Effective Date: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that:
SECTION 1: That Paragraph 1 of Section 5.2 of the Lemont Personnel Manual:
Holidays shall read as follows:
Village employees will receive ten (10) paid holidays during the calendar year. These holidays
designated for full pay are listed as follows:
