A Resolution Authorizing Agreement with Receivables Management, Inc.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Lemont as follows:
SECTION ONE: The Village Board finds that it is necessary, convenient and in the
interest of the Village to enter into a Agreement with Receivables Management, Inc. to assist in
collection of Village debt.
SECTION TWO: The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to negotiate and
enter into such a Agreement with Receivables Management, Inc. and further, the Village
Administrator are authorized to execute the Agreement and to make minor changes to the
document prior to execution which do not materially alter the Village's obligations, and to take
any other steps necessary to carry out this resolution.
