RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
MAYFAIR ESTATES STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires that the Mayfair Estates Street Resurfacing Project be
completed; and
WHEREAS, the Village seeks to utilize the construction firm who submitted the low bid amount for
such work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the Contract to
the low bidder is hereby approved, pending Village Staff determination that the developer does
not plan to perform the work, and pending receipt of funds from the development security for
Mayfair Estates.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT,
COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 26TH day of September, 2011.
