RESOLUTION APPOINTING BENJAMIN P. WEHMEIER
AS BUDGET OFFICER
FOR THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT,
COOK, WILL & DU PAGE COUNTIES, IL
WHEREAS, Ordinance 0 -23 -11 approved by the corporate authorities on February 28, 2011,
amends the Lemont Municipal Code and provides for the appointment of a Budget Officer for the Village
of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 0- 23 -11, and Chapter 3.04.040 of the Lemont Municipal
Code, the Budget Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the corporate authorities of
the Village of Lemont; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Benjamin P. Wehmeier, Village Administrator,
is hereby appointed as Budget Officer as outlined in Ordinance 0 -23 -11 and Sections 5/8 -2 -9.1 through 5/8-
2.9.11 of Chapter 65 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes as now or hereafter amended.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in the manner provided by
law.
All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby expressly
repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE COUNTIES, IL on this 14th day of
March , 2011.
