R-18-11 Res Appointing Signors IMETRESOLUTION k---/
A RESOULTION APPOINTING AUTHORIZED SIGNORS FOR
ILLINOIS METROPOLITAN INVESTEMENT FUND (IMET)
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is required by the Illinois Metropolitan Investment
Fund (IMET) to appoint authorized signors for said fund; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Lemont that effective with the passage of this Resolution, that Village
Administrator Ben Wehmeier, Assistant Village Administrator George Schafer and Account
Analyst Ted Friedley, shall be appointed as authorized signors for the Village's Illinois
Metropolitan Investment Fund (IMET).
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
