R-17-11 Res Appointing Signors Waddell & Reed, ICMA-RC and Great WestA RESOULTION APPOINTING AUTHORIZED SIGNORS WITH
THE WADDELL & REED, ICMA -RC AND GREAT WEST
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PROVIDERS
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is affiliated with deferred compensation agencies in
which the Village may authorize voluntary withholdings from employees' checks into a deferred
compensation program; and
WHEREAS, Waddell & Reed, ICMA -RC and Great -West Retirement Services have been
designated as authorized deferred compensation programs with the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Lemont to designate two authorized
Village personnel to act as signors for said programs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Lemont that effective with the passage of this Resolution, that Account
Analyst Ted Friedley will serve as primary signor and Assistant Village Administrator
George Schafer will serve as alternate for the Waddell & Reed, ICMA -RC and Great -West
deferred compensation plans.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
