WHEREAS, the Owner(s) of the property at 12957 Dunmoor Drive (Lot 69) needs to grant a "15-
Foot Bike Path Easement" for the installation and construction of a bicycle path in the Glens of
Connemara Subdivision; and

WHEREAS, said "15 -Foot Bike Path Easement" allows for the installation, construction, and
maintenance of the bicycle path.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont
that the "15 -Foot Bike Path Easement" attached hereto is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 25th day of October, 2010.
