WHEREAS, the Casey Equipment Company needs to grant a Plat of Easement for stormwater
drainage and detention, on a parcel owned by the Donald H. Cox Trust and on New Avenue at
1 -355; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for the installation, construction, and maintenance of the
drainage and detention facilities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont
that the Plat of Easement attached hereto is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 25th day of October, 2010.
