RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
PLAT OF DRAINAGE AND DETENTION EASEMENT

WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont needs to grant a Plat of Easement for stormwater drainage and
detention, on a Village -owned parcel located on New Avenue at 1 -355; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for the installation, construction, and maintenance ofthe
drainage and detention facilities for the benefit of other parties.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont
that the Plat of Easement attached hereto is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 25th day of October, 2010.
