A RESOULTION APPOINTING IMRF AUTHORIZED AGENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is required by the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund
(IMRF) to appoint an authorized agent for said fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Lemont that Ted Friedley, Account Analyst, shall be appointed as the Illinois
Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) authorized agent for the Village of Lemont.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
