Resolution Approving Agreements for Lease - Purchase and Maintenance
of Copy Equipment
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Lemont as follows:
SECTION ONE: The Sales Agreement and Maintenance Agreement between the
Village of Lemont and Proven Business Systems, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
in their entirety, are hereby approved, subject to the Village Attorney approval.
SECTION TWO: The State and Local Government Lease - Purchase Agreement
between the Village of Lemont and De Lage Landen Public Finance LLC, attached hereto as
Exhibit B and incorporated in its entirety, is hereby approved, subject to the Village Attorney
approval.
SECTION THREE: Acceptance and execution of the Agreements attached as Exhibits
A and B are pending the final review and approval by the Village Attorney.
SECTION FOUR: The Village Administrator and Village Attorney are authorized to
make amendments to the documents prior to their execution which do not materially alter the
Village's obligations, and to take any other steps necessary to carry out this resolution.
SECTION FIVE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval as provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS on this 24th day of June, 2013.
