RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE PORTER ALLEY WATER MAIN
AND SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Community Development Block Grant No. 12 -018
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires that the Porter Alley Water Main & Sanitary Sewer
Replacement project be completed; and
WHEREAS, the Village seeks to utilize the construction firm of City Construction for such work;
and
WHEREAS City Construction submitted a low bid for such work in the amount of $247,110.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the Contract
to City Construction is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT,
COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 22 "d day of April, 2013.
