A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Enter a Lease Purchase Agreement
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Lemont as follows:
SECTION ONE: The Village Board finds that it is necessary, convenient and in the
interest of the Village to enter into a lease to purchase agreement for an International 7600 Dump
Truck.
SECTION TWO: The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to negotiate and
enter into such a Agreement not to exceed $150,000 over the term of the lease to purchase
agreement.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS on this 10th day of September, 2012.
