RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
2011 SANITARY SEWER CLEANING & TELEVISING
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires that the 2012 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Televising
project be completed, and
WHEREAS, the Village seeks to utilize the construction firm of United Septic, Inc. for such work, and
WHEREAS, United Septic, Inc. submitted a low bid for such work in the amount of 33,998.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the Contract with
United Septic, Inc. is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 13" day of August, 2012.

performed this type of work for the Village last year. We, therefore, recommend that the
Contract be awarded to United Septic, Inc., 1327 West Beecher Road, Bristol, IL 60512, in
the amount of $33,998.40.
