R-76-03 Authorizing Contract Change Order For Construction Services Rendered In Conjunction With The 2003 Road Resurfacing ProgramRESOLUTION% - ( 3 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES RENDERED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2003 ROAD RESURFACING PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has previously awarded a construction contract to K -Five Construction Corporation for the 2003 Road Resurfacing Program, and WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has determined that certain changes to the contract totaling $11,383.81 are necessary to satisfactorily complete the construction project; and WHEREAS, the contract changes are a result of final quantities as measured in place and changes that were not originally contemplated at the time the contract was awarded. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the Contract Change Order with K -Five Construction Corporation in the amount of $11,383.81 is hereby approved.
