ILLINOIS AND KNOWN AS ABBEY OAKS
SUBDIVISION PHASE 2
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 26.83 acres generally located north of
127th Street and west of Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and
legally described as follows:
OUTLOTS A,B AND C IN ABBEY OAKS SUBDIVISION A SUBDIVISION OF
PART OF THE SOUTH EAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH,
RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED ON JULY 30, 1993 AS DOCUMENT NO. 93-
596601 IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared, in conjunction with a
Planned Unit Development, a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for the
subject property, which is known as Abbey Oaks Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Lemont approved the Planned Unit Development on March 22, 1993; and
WHEREAS the developer has submitted the Final Plat of
Subdivision for 59 single - family lots to be known as Abbey Oaks
Subdivision Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial
conformance with the Preliminary Plat as well as the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Abbey
Oaks Subdivision Phase 2, which is attached hereto and made part
hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMON , COUN IES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE,
