As Board members are aware, we have very little land in DuPage County; however, Lemont Road is a primary gateway into the community which could be protected by consistent design standards and development patterns. Adoption of this resolution will not actually establish any new standards, but rather demonstrate the Village's endorsement of these long -term goals. Mr. Mahendar Vasandani of the DuPage County Development Department will present a 15- minute video at the meeting to provide an overview of the process and to answer any questions. Please do not hesitate to contact me at 257 -1595 should you have any concerns.
