R-150-85 Resolution Authorizing Award Funds for Code Enforcement, Single Family Rehabilitation and Capital Improvement (Street Resurfacing)RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Cook County has been designated as an "Urban
County" by the Department of Housing and Urban Development under
the provisions of the Housing And Community Development Acts of
1974 and 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the "Acts "); and
WHEREAS, the County will receive an entitlement of funds
during the period of October 1, 1985 and September 30, 1986 per
suant to said Acts; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lemont have elected to participate in the County's 1985
program and have been awarded funds for Code Enforcement, Single
Family Rehabilitation and Capital Improvements (Street resurfacing).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lemont hereby agree to comply with the
provisions stated within the Agreements and authorize the Village
President, Clerk, Attorney, Administrator and Director of
Rehabilitation to sign any and all agreements, applications or
other documentations necessary to fully participate in said
Community Development Block Grant P
