WHEREAS, THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, ILLINOIS, COUNTY OF
COOK, has applied for and received a Commuter Parking Capital
Improvement Grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation,
Division of Public Transportation (State Grant No. CAP- €3 -21O-
IST), and
WHEREAS, to proceed with the development of the Commuter
Parking Facility at the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad Station
in said Village, Amendment to the agreement (Contract No.
981) between the State of Illinois, Department of Transporta-
tion, and the Village of Lemont is necessary to adjust the
Net Project cost and related calculations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Lemont hereby agree to comply with
Amendment No. 2 to the agreement (Contract No. 981), between
the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division
of Public Transportation and the Village of Lemont and direct
the Mayor and Village Clerk to sign any and all documents
pertaining to said Amendment.
