RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR BLUFF OAKS ESTATES
WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 27 acres legally described in Exhibit
"A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Owner /Developer has prepared a Preliminary Plat
of Subdivision known as Bluff Oaks Estates, which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
' WHEREAS, the Lemont Plan Commission and Village Staff have

which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. 703 , including the Ordinance and
a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the
municipal building, commencing on September 9 , 19 91 , and continuing for at
least ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public
inspection upon request in the office of the Municipal Clerk.
