R-186-91 Resolution Accepting Grant of EasementRESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to provide roadway and drainage improvements on Second and Third Streets; and WHEREAS, such improvements require the dedication of a storm sewer and drainage easement adjacent to said improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the.Village accepts a Grant of Easement from Richard R. Gotlund and Sandra L. Gotlund delineated on the attached Plat of Easement Grant. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTY OF COOK, ILLINOIS on this /7 day of / , 1991.
