COMMITTEE MEETING RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont Board of Trustee's Standing Committees have
regularly met on separate dates and have conducted committee meetings under the
direction of the Committee Chairman;
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont are desirous
of minimizing the number of meetings that Trustees are required to attend and have
determined that more effective and productive interaction of the Trustees will be
accomplished by meeting as a committee of the whole.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES that all regularly scheduled committee meetings will be conducted as a
committee of the whole at a time and date to be determined by the Board of Trustees.
