RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR CARRIAGE RIDGE ESTATES
WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of certain property consisting of
approximately 1737 acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Owner /Developer has prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision
known as Carriage Ridge Estates, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Lemont Plan Commission and Village Staff have recommended to
the Village Board of Trustees that the attached Preliminary Plat of Subdivision be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
that the Preliminary Plat for Carriage Ridge Estates, which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
