A RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR RUFFLED FEATHERS MAINTENANCE
FACILITY ON 5 ACRES SOUTH OF MC CARTHY ROAD.
WHEREAS, Robert C. Ranquist and Company is the developer of
the subject property legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is
attached hereto and made part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the subject property was annexed to the Village of
Lemont on June 24, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the subject property was rezoned to R -4 PUD by the
Village of Lemont on August 12, 1991 for incorporation into the
Ruffled Feathers Golf Course Community; and
WHEREAS, the developer has petitioned for approval of the
site plan for the course Maintenance Facility; and a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B "; and
WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the plan with certain conditions as
listed below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lemont
President and Board of Trustees hereby approve the site plan for
the Golf Course Maintenance Facility with the following
conditions:
1. That the petitioner provide necessary utility easements
as approved by the Village Engineer.
2. That the petitioner provide an elevation or photograph
of the proposed structure to demonstrate compatibility with
adjacent residential uses.
3. That prior to issuance of building permits, the
petitioner provide a detailed parking and circulation plan
demonstrating compliance with Section X of the Lemont Zoning
Ordinance.
