RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT
FOR LOT 6 IN GALLAGHER & HENRY'S
COVINGTON KNOLLS TOWNHOMES UNITA'

WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Grant of Eaten-M.6f, lattitaiiiihis
Exhibit "A", for property on Lot 6 in Gallagher & Henry's Covington Knolls Townhomes Unit
1, in Lemont, Illinois which is legally described as follows: (see attached Exhibit "B"); and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement shall provide the Village of Lemont the authority
to install, construct, and maintain public utility and storm drainage facilities as may be
necessary; and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement has been signed for approval by all affected
owners in said Lot 6.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto be hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
