R-12-97 Approving Preliminary Plat Of Subdivision For Covington Knolls Townhomes, Unit 2 Subdivision1 Village of Lemont 418 Main Street Lemont, IL 60439 -3788 ITEM V . c . l RESOLUTION NO. / / - 7 DATE OF APPROVAL Y- / y- 7i RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR COVINGTON KNOLLS TOWNHOMES, UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 7.48 acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision known as COVINGTON KNOLLS TOWNHOMES, UNIT II, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning & Zoning Commission at its meeting of October 1, 1996 and subsequent workshop session held on October 15, 1996 reviewed the preliminary plat and submitted its recommendations as required by Village of Lemont ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning & Zoning Commission recommended denial of said plat; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed Preliminary Plat of Subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary Plat for COVINGTON KNOLLS TOWNHOMES, UNIT II SUBDIVISION, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
