R-18-97 Approving Plat Of Consolidation11 Village 418 Main Lemont, IL 60439 -3788 RESOLUTION NO. e-7,04- j 7 DATE OF APPROVAL VL- -i'7 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION (Casey - Salvino) WHEREAS, the petitioners Michael and Paris Casey and Christopher and Suzanne Salvino are the owners of certain property consisting of Lot 165, Lot 166 and Lot 167 in Ruffled Feathers Subdivision generally located southeast of Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioners desire to re- subdivide the property into two parcels; and WHEREAS, the petitioners have prepared a two (2) lot Plat of Consolidation for the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 834, the Community Development Director has 44 Oa. recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation.
