NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Northern Border Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The Plat of subdivision shall substantially conform to the Final Plat by Bucher, Willis & Ratcliff Corporation, dated March 11, 1997, exce• -s such plans may have changed to conform to Village Codes and Ordi r�::' es and th nditions below. 3C 333 131." ,OPIES 2.
