Dear Madam:
The supplemental resolution for Section 93- 00021 -00 -PV adopted by the
President and Board if Trustees on June 8,1998, was approved by this
Department on June 16,1998. This resolution provides for pavement
rehabilitation, curb and gutter, drainage, watermain, sanitary sewers, pavement
marking, lighting retaining walls and all appurtenances thereto and appropriating
an additional $82,388.00 of motor fuel tax funds for the subject section.
With the additional funds appropriated above, a total of $434,088.00 of motor
fuel tax funds have been appropriated for the subject section.
