RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITIES BILL OF SALE
The Steeples Subdivision - 12200 Archer Avenue, Lemont, Illinois
WHEREAS McArcher Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Developer ", in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, does hereby grant, sell, transfer
and deliver unto the Village of Lemont, hereinafter referred to as the "Village ", the following goods,
namely:
I. Each and every part and item of a system for the collection, transportation and treatment
of sewage installed at the direction of the Village by Developer or Developer's predecessor,
in that part of the Steeples Subdivsion located on Archer Avenue, with the exception of those
pipes that transport the sewage of a single building into the sewer main, commonly known
as a commercial service; and
II. Each and every part and item of a system for the distribution of water installed at the
direction of the Village by the Developer, or Developer's predecessor, in that part of the
Steeples Subdivision located on Archer Avenue, except the pipe that transports water from
the buffalo box to a single building commonly known as a commercial service; and
WHEREAS the object of Bill of Sale is to grant, sell, transfer and deliver to the Village,
with the exceptions noted, the ownership of all items of personal property that comprise the sanitary
sewer and water distribution system installed by the Developer to date within that part of the Steeples
Subdivision located on Archer Avenue; and
WHEREAS the Developer does hereby covenant it is the lawful owner of the goods described
above; that such items are free from all encumbrances; that the Developer has the right to sell the
same as aforesaid; and that the Developer warrants and will defend the same against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons; and that the execution of this Bill of Sale is an authorized act of said
corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont to accept the bill of sale and take ownership of these utilities.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on
this 27th day of July 1998.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, McARCHER DEVELOPMENT,
INC. in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration does hereby grant, sell, transfer
and deliver unto the VILLAGE OF LEMONT, a Municipal
Corporation, of Lemont, Cook County, Illinois, the following
goods, chattels and other items of personal property namely;
McARCHER DEVELOPMENT, INC.
ONE: Each and every part and item of a system for the
collection, transportation and treatment of sewage installed
at the direction of the VILLAGE OF LEMONT by McARCHER
DEVELOPMENT, INC. Anywhere in the VILLAGE OF LEMONT, with
the exception of those pipes which transport the sewage of a
single building into a common sewer commonly known as
commercial service.
TWO: Each and every part and item of a system for the
distribution of water installed at the direction of VILLAGE
OF LEMONT by McARCHER DEVELOPMENT, INC. anyway in the VILLAGE
OF LEMONT, except the pipe which transports water from the
buffalo box to a single building commonly known as a
commercial service.
THREE: The object of this bill of sale is to grant,
sell, transfer and deliver to the VILLAGE OF LEMONT, with the
exceptions noted, the ownership in all items of personalty
which comprise the sanitary sewer and water distribution
system installed by or at the direction of McARCHER
DEVELOPMENT, INC. does hereby convents that it is the lawful
owner of the aforedescribed goods, chattels and personalty;
that such items are free from all encumbrances; that it has
the right to sell the same as aforesaid; and that it warrants
and will defend the same against the claims and demands of
all persons; and that the execution of this bill of sale is
an authorized act of said corporation; individual or
partnership.
