RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF A LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL #714
LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
WHEREAS, the Lemont Police Department is represented by Teamsters Local #714 Law
Enforcement Division; and
WHEREAS, following negotiations, the Police bargaining unit and the Village reached a
tentative successor Labor Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Police bargaining unit has ratified said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the
attached Agreement be approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS
on this 23rd day of June , 1997.
