A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JEAN NONA AS
AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT TO
THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is a member participant in the Illinois Municipal
Retirement Fund; and
WHEREAS, member units of local government shall by majority vote of the corporate
authorities select one (1) person to represent that body as its Authorized Agent; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 -135 of the Illinois Pension Code, the delegated
Authorized Agent may file Petitions of Nomination and vote in Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund
elections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Corporate Authorities of the Village of
Lemont, Counties of Cook, Will, and DuPage, Illinois, that JEAN M. NONA is hereby appointed to
represent the Village of Lemont as its Authorized Agent to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, on this 28th day of July . 1997.
