R -53 -97 DATE OF APPROVAL October 13, 1997 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR ROLLING MEADOWS OF LEMONT WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 42 acres generally located at the south side of 127th Street, approximately 1,200 feet east of Smith Road, north of Big Run Acres subdivision in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Rolling Meadows of Lemont; and WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 114 single - family detached residences to be known as Rolling Meadows of Lemont, attached hereto as Exhibit "B ", and; WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. NOW,'1Hh:REFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Rolling Meadows of Lemont, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved with either land /cash donations of Lot 1 deeded to the Park District, at the Park District's option, and subject to the following variations to the Design Standards of the Village of Lemont: Storm water Detention. Section 7.02 A. 9 and 10. SECTION 7.02 A: Stormwater Detention 9. The maximum high water depth for dry detention ponds shall be 4 feet. (Proposed at 5'7 feet): 10. Side slopes on ponds shall be maximum 4:1.(Proposed at 3:1). Maximum vernal wall height on dry detention ponds shall be 3 feet from the inside toe of the wall to the top of the wall.
