RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN PLOWS COUNCIL ON AGING
AND VILLAGE OF LEMONT POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it is mutually beneficial to PLOWS Council on Aging and Village of Lemont
Police Department to enter into a reciprocal agreement; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of the agreement the agencies have agreed to provide mutual
assistance in situations where such assistance is deemed necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached agreement between the
Village of Lemont Police Department and PLOWS Council on Aging is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS
on this 26th day of January , 1998.
