RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL TO USE
METAL EXTERIOR PANELS FOR A BUILDING LOCATED
AT INTERNATIONAL MATEX TANK TERMINALS, INC. (IMTT)
13589 MAIN STREET
WHEREAS, International Matex Tank Terminals, Inc. (IMTT) is the owner of the
property located at 13589 Main Street in the Village of Lemont; and,
WHEREAS, International Matex Tank Terminals, Inc. (IMTT) is proposing to expand
their office facility located at 13589 Main Street in the Village of Lemont; and,
WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -69 -98 establishing exterior facade
requirements for structures other than single family and townhouse construction provides for the
sole use of face brick, split face masonry, stucco, EIFS, or other approved composite systems for
buildings of this nature; and,
WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -69 -98 also allows the Board the option to
approve metal exteriors on a case -by -case basis.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that upon Board consideration of the
attached proposal the use of metal exterior panels for a 20ft by 24ft utility building for
International Matex Tank Terminals, Inc. (IMTT) at 13589 Main Street is hereby approved.

THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE,
ILLLNOIS
