RESOLUTION APPROVING
FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
CRESTWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately +1-
1.37 acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision known as Crestwood
Subdivision, which is attached hereto as Exhibit `B" and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, the President and board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined
the proposed Final Plat of subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont.
NOW,'1'HLREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the
Final Plat for the Crestwood Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY '1HE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
