RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
VIDEO EQUIPMENT FOR LEMONT COMMUNITY T.V.
WHEREAS, as identified in the FY2000 -01 Budget, the Village Board approved the
acquisition of equipment for Lemont Community T.V.
WHEREAS, certain pieces of equipment have been approved for purchase totaling $7,886;
and
WHEREAS, Lemont Community T.V. is now seeking authorization to purchase the
remaining approved pieces of video equipment in the amount of $17,332.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the purchase of certain pieces of
equipment from Columbia Audio/Visual in the amount of $17,332 by Lemont Community T.V. as
identified on the attached Exhibit A is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 14th
day of May , 2001.
