R-51-01 Approving preliminary plat of subdivision for eagle ridge subdivisionVILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. September 10, 2001 RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR EAGLE RIDGE SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 11.5 acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision known as Eagle Ridge Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Lemont Planning & Zoning Commission at its meeting of May 15, 2001 and Juune 19, 2001, reviewed the preliminary plat and submitted its recommendations as required by Village of Lemont ordinance; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed Preliminary Plat of Subdivision, which is attached hereto (as Exhibit `B "), to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. WHEREAS, the Village has previously approved an annexation agreement which obligates the Village to approve the preliminary plat of subdivision; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary Plat for Eagle Ridge Subdivision, and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
